Jerry,

I cannot remember how we did this last year, but I have the Official 2010 Cold War Victory Day proclamation signed by our Governor. I can scan it and attach it to an email, if you like.

Pax.

A medal for global war on terror has been issued. A cold war medal should be in order as each day we were facing possible Nuclear War. I served in the US Navy from 4-72 to 9-76 honorably discharged and now on full VA disability. In 1975, I savedthe life of a civilian at the risk of my own life. I was never recognized in any way. I spent 5.5 months in Portsmouth Naval Hospital. (3-7-75)
