Just one thing I forgot to mention. During installation process the driver asks to plug in the headset, so just for curiosity I had them plugged in on one of my back panel USB 3.0 port. Does that explain anything?

They are now reinstalled (after unistalling and reg cleaning with CCleaner) on USB 2.0 port but while functioning properly, I notice these drivers are pretty bumpy with flash player: audio/video on online videos (like youtube) get all sorts of issues like lack of audio, video puases/freezes permanetly and even video fastforwards (first time saw that happening).

USB drivers shouldn't cause an issue with flash, especially if it's specifically flash and no other video output, as flash to my knowledge does not involve using drivers. Can you verify by disconnecting and disabling the headset device and see if the problem persists? If so, we're looking at just an issue with flash or something related (like the browser itself).

Though I do remember seeing something about having settings to connect to your microphone and such when you right-click on a flash/shockwave item and go to Settings. Verify that it's not attempting to use your webcam (if it exists) or microphone. Hopefully that might have something to do with it. Otherwise, you may also want to uninstall and reinstall flash just to make sure that isn't bugging out.

If the original problem with the shutdowns still persists, and/or you find that the headset itself is causing flash woes, you should send them a technical support request ticket. Sometimes they have hotfix drivers that haven't been made public yet that they are willing to distribute to certain case situations.
